Of course you could take the grass cutting and lawn care route which is heavily overlooked these days. With a bad economy people are cutting back in all areas and being able to have relatively cheap labor though a teen cutting your grass as oppose to paying a landscaping company to do it is something that would be an easy sell in this economy.
